Exchange and Return Policy

Lary Imports is committed to offering high-quality products, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This exchange policy complies fully with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078, dated September 11, 1990), guaranteeing transparency and respect in consumer relations.
General Conditions
Exchange for Regret or Withdrawal:
The customer has the right to request an exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), without needing to justify the reason for the withdrawal.
Exchange for Defect:
For products with evident or easily identifiable defects, the customer can request an exchange within 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, counted from the date of receipt, as per Articles 26 and 27 of the CDC.
Product Condition for Exchange:
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and the invoice.
Exchange Procedures
Request:
The exchange request must be made through the customer service (SAC) via email at contato@larybrazilian.co.uk or another channel provided by the company. The customer must provide the order number, personal details, and the reason for the exchange.
Request Analysis:
Lary Imports reserves the right to analyze the exchange request. If the product does not meet the conditions described above, the company may deny the exchange.
Logistics:
Once the exchange is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided, including, if applicable, coverage of shipping costs.
Product Exchange
After receiving and verifying the returned product, Lary Imports will proceed with the exchange for another product of equal value, subject to stock availability. If the desired product for exchange has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
Final Provisions
