Subscriptions

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how each option works and how you can change or cancel your purchase.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries according to the schedule and frequency you choose.
Your payment details are stored securely.
You will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.
Some subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not want it to renew, you can cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.
Your order confirmation email includes links where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is out of stock or not yet available.

We may collect full payment at checkout or collect a 50 percent deposit, store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance before dispatch.

Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order only if it has not been processed or fulfilled yet.
Once the pre-order is processing, shipped, or already fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
We follow a strict no-refund policy for pre-orders.
If you no longer want the item, you may request store credit (voucher) for the amount paid or an exchange for another available product.

Try Before You Buy

For “try before you buy” orders, we place a temporary authorization on your payment method before shipping.
You will have a set period to decide whether to keep the item.
If you keep it past the trial period, we charge your payment method automatically.
Items must be returned unused, intact and in original packaging to avoid charges.
Certain items such as intimate apparel, beauty products or opened items are not eligible for return.
