Pre-Order Policy

Delivery Time
Pre-order items have a minimum delivery period of 15 business days. Dates are estimated and may vary depending on the supplier, international logistics, or customs.

Order Shipping
The order will only be shipped once all items are available and full payment has been completed. In-stock items purchased with a pre-order will be sent in a single shipment, unless specifically requested with additional shipping costs.

Payment
You can choose full payment at the time of purchase or a 50% payment to secure the item, with shipment only after full payment. The 50% down payment method does not apply to Klarna or PayPal. If you have difficulties with Klarna or other installment methods, our team can help.

Order Updates
Add your WhatsApp number at checkout for easier communication. General updates are sent in our VIP Group.

Delays
An order is only considered delayed after 30 calendar days beyond the initial estimate. In case of delay, we do not issue refunds. We offer a voucher for the amount paid to be used on in-stock items or an exchange for another available item.

Items Inspected by Customs
If the item is opened for inspection, we will inform you immediately. The customer can choose to receive the item as is, receive a voucher, or request a new pre-order.

Damaged Items or Missing Components
If the product arrives damaged or with missing parts due to logistics or customs, the customer can choose to receive the item as is, receive a voucher, or request a new pre-order.
