Refund policy

1. Return Request Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Completely intact
Unused, with no signs of wear
With all original tags
In the original packaging
With proof of purchase

We do NOT accept returns for:
Intimate/underwear items
Opened products
Used products
Damaged products
Broken or tampered packaging

2. No Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Approved returns will receive store credit (voucher) or an exchange for another available item.

This includes cases of damaged items, missing components, courier issues, and customs inspection.

3. How to Start a Return

The return address will be provided after we review your request.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will send the return label (if applicable) and full return instructions.

4. Damaged Items, Wrong Items and Customs Inspection

Please inspect your order immediately and contact us if the item is damaged, items are missing, you received the wrong product, or the product was opened by customs.

You may choose to keep the item as is, receive store credit, or request a pre-order replacement. Refunds are not offered.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods
Customized or made-to-order items
Opened beauty or personal care products
Hazardous or flammable liquids
Sale items
Gift cards

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item:
Request a return
Receive your store credit
Place a new order

7. European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel.
We use a No Refund system.
Store credit or exchange only.
The item must be intact.

8. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the item:
Evaluation within 10 business days
Store credit is issued upon approval
