3. Pagamento

- Pagamento total no momento da compra;
- Pagamento de 50% para garantir o item (o envio acontece somente apรณs o pagamento total).
Se tiver dificuldades com Klarna ou outro mรฉtodo de parcelamento, nossa equipe pode ajudar.

5. Atrasos
Alguns processos fogem ao nosso controle, como alfรขndega, inspeรงรตes e transportadoras.
Um pedido sรณ รฉ considerado em atraso apรณs 30 dias corridos alรฉm da data estimada.
Em caso de atraso (apรณs esses 30 dias), nรฃo realizamos reembolso. Em vez disso, oferecemos:

- Solicitar um novo pedido em pre-order.
7. Itens Danificados ou Faltando Componentes
Se o produto chegar danificado ou faltando itens por aรงรฃo da logรญstica ou alfรขndega, o cliente poderรก escolher entre:
- Receber o item assim mesmo (quando possรญvel);
- Receber um voucher;
- Solicitar um novo pedido em pre-order.
Pre-Order Policy
1. Delivery Time
Pre-order items require a minimum of 15 business days for delivery. All dates are estimated and may vary due to supplier availability, international logistics, or customs processing.
2. Shipping
Your order will only be shipped once all items are in stock and full payment has been completed. In-stock items purchased with pre-order products will be shipped together unless requested otherwise (extra postage may apply).
3. Payment Options
You may choose:
- Full payment at checkout;
- 50% deposit to reserve the item (shipment only after full payment is completed).
If you experience issues using Klarna or any installment method, our team can assist you.
4. Order Updates
Please provide your WhatsApp number at checkout to make communication easier. General arrival updates are shared in our VIP Group.
5. Delays
Some processes are outside our control, such as customs inspections and shipping carriers.
An order is only considered delayed after 30 calendar days beyond the estimated delivery date.
If a delay occurs (after these 30 days), we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide:
- A voucher equal to the amount paid, usable on in-stock items;
- An exchange for another available product.
6. Customs-Inspected Items
If customs opens your item for inspection, we will notify you immediately. You may choose:
- To receive the item as is;
- To receive a voucher equal to the value paid;
- To request a new pre-order.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If the product arrives damaged or missing components due to logistics or customs handling, you may choose:
- To receive the item as is (when possible);
- To receive a voucher;
- To request a new pre-order.
