Produtos em pre-order têm prazo mínimo de 15 dias úteis, podendo variar conforme fornecedor, logística internacional ou alfândega. Pedidos são enviados apenas quando todos os itens estiverem disponíveis e o pagamento total concluído. Itens à pronta entrega comprados junto de pre-order serão enviados juntos, salvo solicitação com frete adicional.
Pagamento: 100% na compra ou 50% de entrada (envio após pagamento total), exceto Klarna e PayPal.
Adicione seu WhatsApp no checkout para receber atualizações. Informações gerais também são enviadas no Grupo VIP.
Um pedido só é considerado atrasado após 30 dias além da estimativa. Em caso de atraso, oferecemos voucher no valor pago ou troca por outro item disponível.

Orders ship only when all items are in stock and full payment is completed. In-stock items purchased with pre-order items will ship together unless requested otherwise (extra postage may apply).
Payment: Full payment at checkout or a 50% deposit (shipping only after full payment), except Klarna and PayPal.

An order is considered delayed only after 30 days beyond the estimate. If delayed, we offer a voucher equal to the amount paid or an exchange for another available item.
Refunds are not issued for pre-order items.
If the item is opened by customs or arrives damaged/missing parts, you may choose to receive it as is, receive a voucher or request a new pre-order.
Cancellation:not allowed after the reservation, as the item is ordered specifically for the customer.

Pedidos são enviados apenas quando todos os itens estiverem disponíveis e com o pagamento total concluído. Itens à pronta entrega comprados junto com produtos em pre-order serão enviados juntos, salvo solicitação específica, podendo haver cobrança de frete adicional.
Exceção: pedidos pagos via Klarna ou PayPal seguem as condições definidas por essas operadoras, não sendo necessário o pagamento total imediato conforme a política da própria plataforma.
